While there is some concern that 2009 late-season star Fred Davis will cut into Cooley's targets, the same was said of Jason Witten and Martellus Bennett last year. Cooley presents some risk, but the Skins may have to rely heavily on him due to their poor wide receiver situation. He's also going to get more mismatch opportunities working out of the slot.
